Profile:

Derek has been a councillor since the Council’s formation in 2009. A former Army Officer, he left the Service in 1997 and was Managing Director of a heavy haulage transport firm locally. Derek grew up in the City, his children were educated here and for the past 6 years he has been a Governor at St Mark's School.

Now retired, Derek was the Mayor of the City of Salisbury from 2016 - 2017/ He is looking forward to working with all the Councillors and other interested parties in acting in the best interests of the City.
